Safety

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Adventure Montenegro Travel Agency and its clients.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the start of the tour.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: full refund minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: no refund.

3. Changes by the Client

Requests for changes must be made in writing. We will accommodate changes when possible, subject to availability and potential additional costs.

4. Changes by the Agency

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have valid travel documents
• Complying with local laws and customs
• Arriving on time for scheduled activities

6. Liability

Adventure Montenegro Travel Agency is not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage arising from activities beyond our control
• Losses due to delays or cancellations caused by third parties

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.

8. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to our staff. If unresolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the tour's conclusion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court in Kotor.
